Golden Designs/Dynamic Saunas Shipping, Return, and Warranty Policy

Shipping Policy: As an authorized retailer for Golden Designs Inc. (NA) / Dynamic Saunas, we aim to provide prompt and efficient delivery for all products. We use reputable carriers to ensure your order reaches you on time, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product type. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or issues caused by third-party carriers.

Cancellation and Return Policy: You may cancel or return products in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

  1. Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full cancellation. If a cancellation is requested after this time period, it will be subject to the return policy outlined below.
  2. Return Policy: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. To process a return, you must first obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from us. The returned items must be in new and unused condition and should be in their original packaging.
  3. Inspection and Refunds: All returns will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected for damage, at our discretion. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the inspection.
  4. Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all risks associated with the return, including loss or damage during shipping. The buyer is also responsible for all associated costs, such as shipping, handling, and restocking fees, as outlined below. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a partial or full forfeiture of any potential refund.

Restocking and Fees: Returned goods are subject to the following fees:

  • A 20% restocking fee based on the total purchase price of the sauna.
  • All shipping costs incurred, including the return shipping to us.
  • Any applicable storage fees or routing costs associated with the return process.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Requirements: An RMA number must be obtained from us before any return can be processed. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the return.
